Is it bad to sleep with music in your ears?

If you really want to sleep with music, I would recommend something simple without lyrics and very peaceful. Plus, I wouldn't recommend using earbuds; they can damage your hearing in the long run, and I am speaking from experience. Play it quietly on the speaker in the background. With this in mind, you are ready to go; just don’t let the situation arise when you are unable to sleep without it.

It may not be really bad for you, but it has some downsides. I have some past experience with falling asleep while listening to music or watching films on YouTube. I always went to bed while watching something, and I thought for a very long time that it helped me to calm down and fall asleep faster. That was partially true, but over time, I came to understand that I couldn't sleep without it. When my headphones ran out, I had no choice but to listen to music on my phone and drift off. In short, my brain associated a sound playing on my phone with sleep, and I was addicted to it. This was awful in itself, but on top of that, my sleep was even worse, and I wasn't as rested as before because there were times when I would wake up in the middle of the night for seemingly no reason at all.

If everyone in Russia dropped into holes in the ground only never to return, would that be good for NATO and international peacekeepers? Can we convince Russians to be less diabolical, so they coexist? Does Putin stink like doo doo in the commode?
